I have been coming across a lot of talk about this government technology HAARP on the web for a while now, but ever-since the Haiti earthquake I have noticed increase speculation http://www.haarp.net/ information and gut feelings of some people believing that Haiti's earthquake is anything but a natural disaster. This makes for an interesting topic of discussion.
